These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase or use of beats, sample packs, presets, and related digital or physical products (“Products”). By accessing the website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. Business Information

Ayo Kev Audio is operated by a sole proprietor based in California, United States of America.

2. Digital Products

All beats, sample packs, and presets are delivered digitally via instant download.

Digital products are non-refundable.

You are responsible for backing up your files. If you need help accessing a download, contact:

3. Licensing for Beats 3.1 License Types

Ayo Kev Audio offers multiple license tiers, including:

• MP3 Lease
• WAV Lease
• Unlimited Lease
• Exclusive Rights

Each license includes different usage permissions. License details are shown on the product page and/or your license agreement at checkout.

3.2 Usage Restrictions (All Leases)

For non-exclusive beat leases, you agree to the following:

• You may NOT re-sell, re-distribute, or re-package the beat, stems, or any part of the production.
• You may release the song commercially, including on major platforms and major labels.
• Publishing splits are required on major-label releases.
• You must provide producer credit (see Section 3.4).

3.3 Exclusive Rights

When purchasing Exclusive Rights:

• You receive exclusive usage rights.
• The beat will be removed from the website upon purchase.
• Copyright is transferred to you after purchase.
• You may monetize and distribute your song without limitation.

Ayo Kev Audio reserves the right to keep the beat in private archive for portfolio or proof of authorship.

3.4 Required Producer Credit

All public releases using Ayo Kev Audio beats (leased or exclusive) must include producer credit:

“Produced by Kevn Blvk”
or
“Prod. Kevn Blvk”

If your release format does not allow full credit (e.g., TikTok), credit must be included where possible.

4. Licensing for Sample Packs & Presets 4.1 Usage Permissions

Customers may use samples and presets in:

• Commercial music
• Independent releases
• Major-label releases
• Film, TV, games, or ads

No additional clearance is needed.

4.2 Usage Restrictions

Customers may NOT:

• Re-sell
• Re-distribute
• Re-package
• Upload to any database, sample-sharing platform, or preset library

This applies even if the files are modified.

5. Physical Products & Refund Policy 5.1 Refunds

Refunds are offered only for non-digital physical products, and only if:

• The item arrives damaged,
• The incorrect item was shipped, or
• The wrong size was delivered.

Refund conditions:

• You must notify Ayo Kev Audio within 14 days of receiving the product.
• Items must be returned unused and in original condition.
• Return shipping may be required unless the fault is on Ayo Kev Audio.

Digital items cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

6. Custom Beats 6.1 Availability

Ayo Kev Audio offers custom beat production. Custom sound design is not offered.

6.2 Deposits

All custom beat orders require a deposit.

Deposits are refundable only if the client cancels before work has begun.
Once production starts, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

7. Ownership 7.1 Leased Beats

Ayo Kev Audio retains 100% ownership of all non-exclusive beats. You are purchasing a license to use the beat, not ownership of the composition or master.

7.2 Exclusive Beats

Ownership transfers upon purchase. Ayo Kev Audio may keep an archived version for reference and verification.

8. User Accounts

This website does not require users to create accounts.

Purchases may be completed via guest checkout.

9. Payment Processing

Payments are handled through Stripe.
Ayo Kev Audio does not store your payment details.

10. Email Collection

Emails may be collected for:

• Purchase receipts
• Download links
• Customer support
• Optional newsletters or updates

Emails are never sold or shared with third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

Ayo Kev Audio is not responsible for:

• Loss of data
• Incompatibility with your software or DAW
• Misuse of licensed products
• Third-party distribution platforms blocking your release due to your misuse of copyrighted material

You agree to use the products responsibly and legally.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any disputes shall be resolved in California courts.
